In this class you will learn exactly how to coach yourself by me teaching on video and you filling out the workbook to learn the process, and then you’ll be able to apply the process to your life and get feedback and help so you know if you’re doing it right or what to shift so you get better results.
The classes will be posted here, on this website. The feedback will be posted as audio lessons. All you have to do is email me your questions and I’ll answer them in a way that keeps your situation private and also benefits other moms. You’ll get to hear what’s working for other moms and see that you’re not alone in this.
The first 10 moms to join also get four 30-minute coaching calls, one to be used each week.
You will be able to download the videos when we’re done so you’ll always have this information to come back to.
