Overstimulation is keeping you from feeling happier.
My friends will tell you that I was born organized. This is what makes being an organized person so easy for me and why I can help you be one too.
Everything in your life is begging for your energy and attention. The very things that you love the most can be the most challenging: your kids, your husband, and your home. I know how exhausting it can be trying to enjoy life when it seems like life is the reason you can’t enjoy it.
Coaching other moms made me realize the skills I have that keep me organized are exactly what they need to feel better.
As a mom of six and certified life coach, I can teach you everything you need to know to keep your mind clean and your life organized.
Having a plan for how you spend your time is a key factor to feeling optimistic. Being organized inside and out is the only way to truly feel happier.
