how to get back into abundance

Today I want to teach you how to step back into abundance. Last week I talked about how to find how abundant your are on a scale of 1-10. If you haven’t watched that video, watch it here.

When we’re not feeling abundant, we don’t like our life. We don’t want to get up and take care of the kids and do all the mom stuff. We don’t have any inspiration. Nothing sounds fun. We waste our time scrolling on our phone, watching videos, or loosing ourself in a book. We are escaping our life.

The reason we do this is because your brain thinks you should be happy 100% of the time. When you’re not firing the feel-good connections in your brain, your brain thinks it’s a problem and it’s going to look for something to give it that feeling.

So it seeks dopamine in the way it knows how, most likely your phone or food. Your brain gets the dopamine, so you think you feel better but it’s not working because you’re not fulfilled.

The real solution is to let it be okay wherever you are. If you don’t feel like being mom today, acknowledge that FEELING. It doesn’t mean you stay in bed or you run away.

This means you have compassion for where YOU are. I don’t feel like dealing with the kids today and that’s okay. I can still get up. I can still take care of them, and I’m going to also take care of me.

And then help yourself get out of the funk by finding what you already have in your life that you want. You like flipping a switch to turn on the light? Appreciate it. You like being able to drink coffee at home? Appreciate it. You like being able to get up and walk on your own? Appreciate it.

When you find the everyday extraordinary, you will shift how you feel. It will ground you in the present. This will align you and when you become aligned with your spirit, you’ll receive inspiration.

When you receive inspiration, you can act on it. And that will have you feeling fulfilled.

  1. acknowledge your feeling + let it be okay

  2. find what you already have that you want + appreciate it

  3. give yourself permission to feel better + get aligned

  4. be open to inspiration + act on it when it comes
