A Home Challenge

The Buffalo 5 Day Challenge is a challenge to simplify your home. This is a super fun challenge that will help you get ready for the Holiday season.

If you’re feeling ambitious, you can do it all in one day, but be careful that you don’t do too much and overwhelm yourself only to not do anything the following days. When we do too much and then do nothing, everything we do gets undone and we have to start over. Take it at a pace you can continue and schedule rest as needed.

Each day I list out exactly what to do to start creating more order at home.

You’ll also notice I have you list out three things that worked from what you did the day before. This is a daily practice that I hope you continue. When we pay attention to what’s working, our brain wants to find more of that and create more ways for things to work for us.
