This is a one-page PDF that will clean out your brain when you want to change how you feel.

Every emotion you experience is here for a reason. We always want to understand what the emotion is here for first, and then we can process it and let it go.

For example, if you feel discontent, you want to understand why before you change it. If you don’t understand why, you’re not going to find the root cause of that emotion, and no matter what you do or how you try to feel, the discontent will continue to run in the background.

The root cause of your emotion is a belief.

A belief is just a thought that you have about your life.

What you believe comes from your past experiences, your childhood, and what you were taught, but you can change those beliefs if they don’t serve you.

I help my clients understand why they feel how they feel so they can get to the root cause of their emotion and decide if they want to keep the belief or change it.

Once you have that awareness, the new better feeling thought will come naturally.

This worksheet will walk you through this exercise, but know that coaching is part of the process. If you don’t work with me, find someone you trust and talk to them. When you hear the words come out of your mouth, you will uncover what you are actually believing is possible for you.
