The Truth About Emotions

Your emotions are so important. How you feel determines what you do.

If you are doing something you don’t want to be doing, it’s because of how you feel.

If you want to do something but you haven’t been able to do it or be consistent about it, it’s because of how you feel.

When you start thinking about your emotions as fuel for what you want to accomplish, you will be able to understand that you need to feel on purpose to take action.
